Please allow 2-4 working days for printing & processing for paper art prints as all my prints are made to order to prevent waste.

Also allow 4 to 6 working days for postage and handling.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
To any Australian address with insurance & tracking for $19.95.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

I ship worldwide and offer a special NZ shipping flat rate of AUD25. Please note that while there is some tracking available Australia Post has certain limitations on the amount of information it can provide while your parcel is in transit. I have found them to be very reliable with International Delivery. Please allow 4 weeks to receive your international order from time of order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

I ship worldwide and offer International delivery at a flat rate of AUD35. Please note that while there is some tracking available Australia Post has certain limitations on the amount of information it can provide while your parcel is in transit. I have found them to be very reliable with International Delivery. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your international order from the time of order.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully as unfortunately I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, as each print is made to order to prevent waste.

100% DAMAGE FREE GUARANTEE prints replaced if delivered damaged.

If your print arrives with any faults or damage please get in touch within 24 hours of its arrival and email through clear photos, of the areas of concern.  

If your print is faulty you will be sent a replacement.

PHONE CASES

As each phone case is made to order we do not offer refunds, due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
